I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were kept clean but definitely needed updating, with a view and balcony which was a plus. The service, from the manager down to housekeeping, was truly hospitable. However, there were some aspects that could be improved.

The service was outstanding, treating me with true hospitality from the manager down to the housekeeping staff. The location was a bit of a hit and miss, being close to everything but unfortunately near a closed restaurant with an unkempt footpath. The dining experience, though the food served was fine, lacked variety and creativity. Overall, a stay filled with ups and downs.
